In Christchurch, NZ!! 2.5 Days to the Ice!
Made it to New Zealand! Getting caught up on sleep after a nice long run upon arrival yesterday, which is actually today for folks reading this in the states. Greetings from the future. We're 6 hrs behind you, tomorrow if that makes any sense whatsoever. Life is well. Suppossed to be 28 degrees today, that's celcius for a hot one here. Around 80-ish. Going to go for a drive and a hike somewhere close today as I am picking up my friend from the Academy who is going to be on the ice with me the whole time I'm there--small world, getting smaller...anyhow, trying to learn to speak New Zealand english and hopefully end up with a coffee...need it now. hey good to hear you almost there. when did you find out about your academy friend going? how weird is that?
